As the Indonesia Community Lead at Cult Creative Asia, my role was key to our network's growth and vitality. Our platform is where creators and brands meet to collaborate, innovate, and improve. My main job was to oversee and nurture our online community in Indonesia. I made sure it stayed lively and welcoming for all.
My job was to plan and run online events. These aim to engage and inspire our community. I organised workshops, webinars, and Q&A sessions with experts. The goal was to offer insights, promote learning, and encourage interactions. By including diverse voices, I fostered an atmosphere of growth and creativity.
Community engagement and management are at the heart of my role. I engaged with members, supported their needs, and boosted their involvement. Also, I helped them find their dream creative jobs and lead projects that increased participation. I worked with prominent figures in Indonesia's creative fields. Together, we brought new ideas and innovation to our platform. These efforts make Cult Creative Asia a top spot for Indonesian creative professionals. My goal was to create a supportive, inspiring, and collaborative community, enabling creativity to thrive.
